Request at item level

An item record, for example https://sclfind-arclight-staging.galib.uga.edu/catalog/ms1170-series1aspace_ref4842_zmu, does not have a "request carton" button. You have to go up a level to the folder to see the request button or the view online button for the items in the folder. We'll need to work with stakeholders for what it should do in order to make this issue actionable.
