requested to merge 21-update-about-uga-section-and-add-galileo-news-and-status-to-the-right into master
Added GALILEO NEWS and GALILEO SYSTEM STATUS cards to the right of the ABOUT UGA card. Moved UGA photo to top of card because not wide enough to have it to the right. Changed color of Resource Search Button to purple to help GALILEO Search stand out more.
