Fix Advanced Search

removed trys from blacklight_config method calls to get around the arity error. Added scss file as a workaround for chosen no longer working, updated blacklight maps gem and fixed bug related to that, removed the saved search link due to that functionality being removed from Blacklight 7. Be sure to test maps.
