Fix Breadcrumbs

Seamus Narron requested to merge 20220701_sn_fix_breadcrumbs into 590-blacklight-upgrade-to-7

Upgraded various gems and then made the changes suggested here: https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight/wiki/Update-to-Blacklight-7.0.1. Note that code is non-functional at this point, due to the need to upgrade to Rails 6. Also see this conversation in GDT to see why we need to upgrade Rails at this point.
