Upgraded Blacklight, Rails, and other dependencies. Also made recommended changes from here: https://github.com/projectblacklight/blacklight/wiki/Update-to-Blacklight-7.0.1 Note that app is not running properly as of this commit. Still on Rails 5.2.8.1.
