Request Cart Unable to Scroll

Description: The request cart popup, when it has a lot of items added, cannot see the “Place order” button or anything on the bottom. See Image 50.1. We would like a scroll bar or some mechanism to allow users to scroll down the cart in order to see all their requests and the buttons at the bottom of the popup.
