Add “Print to PDF” Feature

Description: We want to add a “Print to PDF” feature that takes a user to a PDF version of a collection. There should be a button on a collection page that, when clicked, opens the PDF for that collection. The PDFs will be supplied by exports from ArchivesSpace.
