Add Dates Note to Summary

Description: Add a “Dates” note to the Summary section for collection pages after the Creator note. The header should say “Dates” and if there is inclusive and bulk dates, concatenate them like it already does in titles ( 1880-1951, bulk 1932-1948), or if a single date, then list just the date.
