Add Notes to Item Page

Description: Move access notes to display on top part of item page, except:

• notes inherited from parent items
• Location of this collection
• Before You Visit
• Contact

All other notes should display, including General Notes, extent, language, access. See Other Info section for a complete list of all potential notes.
