Add Aeon Buttons

Description: We want an “Request (Top Container) (#)” button at every point where the top container # changes in the Contents tab. The request top container button should appear on the far right side where the bookmarks were. Additionally, we would like a cart icon at the top of the website in the banner that updates the number of requests each time a user adds a top container to their requests.
