Match UGA color branding with buttons and filters

I recommend we change the bright blue search/button icons and the green highlight color for filters to colors that align with UGA's branding style guide. There are palettes to choose from for making buttons red, or selecting other highlight colors (light blues, official variants on greens, etc.). https://brand.uga.edu/visual-style/
