Item Page Rework for ArcLight 1

Description: The following changes to item pages (See Image 95.1 for a mockup of item pages without a Contents list and Image 95.2 for item pages with a Contents list):

• Keep item notes and info at the top (container, physical location, notes). For a complete list of potential notes we want included in this section, see Other Notes in Details.
• Add new section titled “HOW TO REQUEST”
  • Add “Request {container} {#}” button for Aeon requesting
  • Add “View Online” button for items with digital content - should not display if there is no digital content (DAO in XML)
