Add “View Online” Button to Contents Section

Description: Add a “View Online” hyperlinked button to items in the Contents section of collection pages. These items have a green icon next to them on the right side to indicate they have digital content (icons were removed with Issue #15 (closed)). When an Aeon request button also exists, the request button should appear above the “View Online” button. See Image 94.1 and 94.2 for more info about adding the button to the Contents section.
