Add Dates Note to Summary - ArcLight 1

Description: Add a “Dates” note to the Summary section for collection pages after the Creator note. The header should say “Dates”. There are 3 different dates types in the EAD-XML files: “bulk”, “inclusive”, and “single”. If there are inclusive and bulk dates, concatenate them like it already does in titles (1880-1951, bulk 1932-1948), or if a single date, then list just the date.
