Remake Aeon Request Cart

Description: Remake the Aeon request cart and icon in the top banner as was made back in 0.5. See Image 89.1, 89.2, and Issue #36 (closed) for more details. At minimum, we will need the following info displayed in the request box:

• Collection title
• Identifier (Collection ID)
• Series title (If no series, list the title of the item for which the request box appears)
• (Top Container) #
• Barcode
• Repository
