Hide "Peer Reviewed Journals" limiter when limiting to library catalog

When the library catalog limiter is applied, or for bentos whose definition includes the library catalog limiter or a custom catalog limiter, hide the "Peer Reviewed Journals" limiter (RV) because the overlap between these limiters is generally nil
