Scope page missing Coverage Dates and Update Frequency

I am not saying we want this information included, but I noticed that Coverage Dates and Update Frequency fields are currently shown on the Scope page, but are currently not shown on the GS scope page. Did we want it to be? In the current site/DOOR, the fields are only displayed if populated with data.
