Library Catalog Only Limiter Displaying for institutions who do not have EDS Custom Catalog Setup

On EDS-sourced the standalone bento pages, the Library Catalog Only Limiter is displaying even when the institution does not have a EDS custom catalog setup. Clicking this limiter will always result in zero results if a catalog is not setup.

Would it be possible to only display this limiter if a catalog code is registered in their bento configuration?
