Characters "=0D=0A=0D=0A" are being added to email subject link to ServiceNow when comment contains a carriage return
If someone does a carriage return/line break at the beginning of in description field of the contact form, the characters "=0D=0A=0D=0A" to the subject line.
Example ticket- USG-INC0641466
This has been happening since we launched the initial GALILEO redesign from what I can tell.
Also, if you notice, the email to ServiceNow strips out all the carriage returns in the form, but when you look at the ticket that's generated, the carriage returns on there. Could we fix it to where the email that goes to ServiceNow contains the carriage returns? If not, that's not a big deal.
