Update notification text for when user tries to access a resource their institution does not have access to. The example below is when I tried to access a UGA resource as a Valdosta State University user:

Using this example, change:

Valdosta State University is not configured for access to end2-uga1

To:

Valdosta State University (val1) does not have access to AASC - American Association of State Climatologists (end2-uga1).
