Make "Databases" bento better match other bentos

Fix the following issues:

• DB bento shows "No results in Databases" even if display name has been overwritten
• DB bento shows a separator after last result in bento when there are fewer than five results (other bentos do not)
• Permalink modal for an item in "More Results" (aside from first five items) is styled incorrectly
• Close button on permalink modal for an item in "More Results" (aside from first five items) closes the "More Results" modal
