Style bug: more results modal pagination misaligned when there's no "Refine Search" link

I believe everything should have a "Refine Search" link except Journals, so this primarily affects Journals. (!654 (merged) pertains to this)

The refine link also doesn't show up for some other bentos if you open the modal before it's done loading AND there are no results (??). I need to investigate. <--- Edit (at time of merging MR 654): Can't reproduce this. If real, it's still unfixed.
