Apply longer list of Pubtype to Bento -> Native Ebsco links

The attached excel file (in comment) comes from an email from David Podboy.

Note that he doesn't promise this to be 100% complete, but it's way better than what we're doing now.

Note that in some cases the equivalent query for a source type is not just a simple list of publication types. E.g., Academic Journals is "((PT Periodical OR PT Review OR PT Trade Publication) AND RV Y) OR PT Academic Journal", so we'll need to change the way we're storing these. (Right now it's an array of pubtypes for each source type bento.)
