Post-deployment task reminders

In order to avoid database syncing issues, please only sync data between environments after the production deployment, when all db schemas should be the same.

• Perform a database copy of production database (this should happen automatically over the weekend)
• Sync database data with Dev and Staging the Monday following release
• Sync data with local development environments the Monday following release
