Search Bar Styling on Blacklight pages

I've broken out the different search boxes into 3 partials:

1. views/homepage/_resource_search.html.erb - this is the Resource Search bar on the Homepage
2. views/shared/_resource_search_bar.html.erb - this is the Search bar show on the Blacklight pages - this is the one that needs some attention
3. views/homepage/_eds_search.html.erb - this is the main EDS search on the homepage in the hero area
