URL Changes in GLRI record not updating in GS

Earlier today I made changes to GLRI record Academic Video Online: AVON (acah-gamc) for Georgia Military College. I added a remote URL and turned off the "proxy remote" toggle. The change seems to have saved in GA; however, the update is not reflected in GS. It is still trying to proxy remote.

Not sure if this is related to issue #225 (closed)
