GLRI Resources Created in GALILEO Admin today are not using OA URL when User is logged into OA

Two GLRI resources I created for Athens Technical College are not routed using the OpenAthens URL when the OpenAthens toggle is set and the user is authenticated through OpenAthens. Is is still routing using the IP URL. I created the two records using my admin account.

• Social Work Reference Center (socw-ath2)
• Social Sciences Full Text (formerly H.W. Wilson) (socc-ath2)

Other GLRI resources that were not created in GALILEO Admin today work fine.
