Update Comment ID format for Contact Form Email to ServiceNow

Would it be possible to format the timestamp used for "Comment ID" in the new GALILEO Contact Form email sent to ServiceNow to be the same as what is used now? I use this "Comment ID" to easily find a tickets in ServiceNow based on an email. The new format is less exact and often results in multiple results when searched in ServiceNow:
