Create session information page

This was originally discussed during the contact form talks, but wanted to make sure it was still on everyone's radar. Since we are no longer displaying the session information within the contact form, we had talked about having a page that a user can go to that would have this information that they could then send to GALILEO Support for troubleshooting.
