Create new contact type for GKR

We'd like to start managing contacts for institutions who participate in GKR in GALILEO Admin. To help accomplish this, we'd like to add a new contact type group.

Could you please add a new contact type of GKR? The name can be GKR (upper case) and the actual tag for contacts can be gkr (lower case).
