Error when notifying individual contact of current GALILEO password for Georgia Christian School (psgc)

When I try to notify an individual contact of the current GALILEO password for Georgia Christian School (psgc), I receive an error message.

Georgia Christian School (psgc) is a new institution whose password has not changed yet. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. When I tested notifications for other institutors, they worked fine.
