Create a mechanism to have a Bento Type specify the name of the Service Credentials it should be paired with

E.g., GALILEO Open Learning Materials bento would specify that it should be paired with 'gkr_api' credentials.

Could work by specifying Service Credentials (BentoConfig) name (probably) or alternatively b specifying EDS API profile name.

Not sure if the Bento Type would then be unavailable to institutions that don't have matching credentials, or if the matching credentials would just be preferred when they're available. Probably the former.
