Add resource descriptions to institutional "Resources Report" - USG-INC0502633

Savannah State University (sav1) has asked to have a report of their resources that includes the short and long descriptions of both the GALILEO-managed resources and GLRI.

Could we add short description and long description fields to the "Resources Report" available to institutional users?
