Fix "Back to Features" navigation

Issue

When you're creating a new feature for an institution group, the confirmation page has a "Back to Features" button, which links back to an institution features page.

It should instead show a "Back to Institution Group Features" button, which is what shows when you edit an institution group feature.

Solution

Maybe group? isn't detecting correctly here?
