Add contact types "gen" and "adv"

When trying to keep up with all the contacts and if they have received general user GALILEO Admin training or advanced user GALILEO training, I am going to need two contact types added in GALILEO Admin - "gen" and adv"

• gen - Inst General User
• adv - Inst Advanced User

This may end up being a workaround, as it would be ideal to be able to notate this somehow in their GALILEO Admin user account. I figured this would be a good way to manage this using our existing framework.
