Update GLRI Records for Augusta University (reg1)

Augusta University (reg1) is going live with OpenAthens on August 4. In preparation of this, we need all their GLRI records updated. This will be the first time this process has been done in GALILEO Admin, so I would like to first make this change in staging.

Let me know if the field headers look OK. The field "OpenAthens" indicates if the OpenAthens toggle should be enabled. "Yes" means it should be enabled and a blank field means it shouldn't be enabled.
