Allocation removal pop-up when deactivating GLRI resource
When I disable a GLRI resource as a institutional user, I receive the pop-up message telling me that all allocations will be removed and need to be re-created if the resource is made active again. This message makes sense for centrally managed resources that have allocations, but considering GLRI resources only have the one allocation, this message may confuse institutional users. Could we change this pop-up message to read something different for GLRI resources? Perhaps something to let them know that GALILEO will need to update EDS if they are no longer subscribing to the resource? Similar to what we say when a record is created? If that's doable, I can provide the verbiage.
