Add Report For Finding Broken Links

I would like to add a report that produces a list of links that can be used with a link checker. The report should include the following:

• database code (always)
• short description (if contains links)
• long description (if contains links)
• remote note (if contains links)

We need to be able to run this report for the following:

• GALILEO central records
• GLRI that are managed by GALILEO
• GLRI that are managed locally
