Move and Consolidate Access Help Username/Password Toggles
Currently, there are two toggles that manage the display of the Access Username and Password for users. The first, "Show Password Help when Remote?" toggles between not displaying at all or displaying for remote users. The second is "Always Show Remote Note?. The label for this toggle needs to be updated, but it now toggles between displaying to all users or not. I believe having two toggles that control the same information in two different locations is going to be confusing and hard to explain during training.
I would like these toggles consolidated into a single selection: Do not display, Display only for remote users, Display for all users. Perhaps this could be achieved by ratio buttons like below.
Perhaps it could be displayed by stating "Display Access User ID/Password for: [Do Not Display] [Remote Users] [All Users]"
I also believe it makes more sense for this setting to display below the Access User ID and Access Password fields, this way it's intuitive to know which information it's referring to.
This updated toggle/radio button would need to display for both institutional users and admins.
