Update labels for Institution Fields

Would like the following labels updated for institution records:

  • Default Profile -> Default EDS Profile (Overview and EDS tabs)
  • Kids Profile -> Kids EDS Profile (EDS tab)
  • Galileo EZproxy IP -> GALILEO EZproxy IP (Overview and Authentication tabs)
  • Galileo EZproxy URL -> GALILEO EZproxy URL (Authentication tab)
