Save and Index EDS profiles for Kid views

The legacy data contains:

  "eds_high_school_profile": "pubk12",
  "eds_teen_profile": "pubteen",
  "eds_kids_profile": "kids",

These values need to be imported and saved with the Institution.

They then need to be indexed so as to appear in Solr as:

    "eds_profile_kids_us": "kids",
    "eds_profile_teen_us": "teen",
    "eds_profile_high_school_us": "pubk12",
