Remove "Connection Information" section for core GALILEO resource allocations for Institutional Users

I talked with Russell and Ken and we all agree that we would like the "Connection Information" for core GALILEO resource allocations hidden from institutional users. We think this would cause confusion and also cause possible issues if a institutions user removed access credentials that were setup by GALILEO. Also, GALILEO admins would be the only ones that add overriding URLs.
