Append Parenthetical values to resource name on DOOR Import

At the 3/25 Development meeting, we decided to append parenthetical values to the resource names.

• Modify ProtoResource to save the Resource name as "#{name} (#{parenthetical)" if there is a parenthetical value on the resource.
• Remove parenthetical field from Resource table
• Profit
