GLRI Contact Report not limiting to only Contacts with GLRI Contact Type

GLRI Contacts Report is including ALL contacts for an institution that managed GLRI locally instead of only the GLRI contacts for that institution.

For instance, for Young Harris College, I see Dawn Lamade and Debra March. This is all the contacts for Young Harris, but Debra March is the only GLRI contact.

The same goes for GALILEO managed GLRI and ALL.
