Add Resource ID to the header of a resource's show and edit pages

Would like to add the resource code to the resource name display on a resource's show and edit pages.

This is currently done in the DOOR:

Currently, you can only see the resource code when viewing a resoruce's show page, it doesn't display at all in the edit page since it can not be changed.

Reasoning: It's nice to be able to quickly reference the code when viewing/editing a record to confirm, you're looking at the record you think you are.
