Link to OpenAthens test Link Generation Tool

When doing GLRI training post-OpenAthens, I show users how to test to see of a resource is already setup by generating a link using the OpenAthens Link Generation tool - https://go.openathens.net/generate

I think it would be useful to include a link to this tool next to the "OpenAthens URL" field: image

Not sure how best to link to it, whether using an icon or text. We can discuss..
