Versions for Contact Not Recording Changes Properly

After removing password contact type from a contact, then going to versions, it did not indicate that the password type was removed for the contact. It actually says that the phone notes were changes, which is not true.

Example:

Laura Clark, versions when assigned prim and pass contact types (no changes made yet):

Laura Clark, versions after removing her as a password contact type:
