Ensure GLRI records are deactivated when an institution is deactivated

Currently, there are GLRI that are active; however, the institution they were associated with is no longer active. I would like to request any active GLRI that are no longer associated with an active institution be deactivated. Also, if this is not in place already, for the process of automatically deactivating an institution's GLRI records once the institution is deactivated.
