Rework Resource form

The resources form needs to be modified to include all the fields we presently believe will be modifiable for the Resource model. Additionally, it needs to be sensitive to the User's role - whether institutional (GLRI) or admin. If admin, show the user all modifiable fields. If institutional only show those fields suitable for a GLRI-type user.

Desired form fields and any concomitant changes:

  • Name & Sort Name
  • remove code
  • remove GLRI? (set true in the background)
  • display and active
  • Parent (admin only)
  • Vendor
  • Subject and Format
  • OpenAthens?
  • IP/Remote/OA URLs
  • User ID & Password
  • Short & Long Description
  • Coverage Dates
  • Update Frequency
  • Audience
  • Language
  • Keywords
  • Title List URL
  • Product Suite
  • New Until (datepicker)
  • Show Institutional branding?
  • Special Information
  • Thumbnail (file upload)
  • Boost? (migration needed)
  • Feature? (migration needed)
  • Lexile Levels (migration needed)
  • Freely Available? (migration needed)
