New report: New Collections

I'd like to be able to get a report with the following.

Based on a date range I provide, please give me a list of

• new collection's record id
• new collection's public status (y/n)
• new collection's portal
• new collection's display title
• new collection's short description
• new collection's holding institution
• new collection's spatial
• new collection's date
• new collection's subject
• new collection's "topics" -- checkboxes at end of record
• new collection's "time period" -- checkboxes at end of record
